"Superfast!" is a spoof of "The Fast and the Furious" franchise.

1.) It's not that bad.

2.) It's about time.

In my humble opinion TFATF movies are already a joke. The stunts go well beyond the suspension of disbelief and the acting is just above amateur, yet they make goo-gobs of money. I think it's only right and fair that there be a spoof of their films.

"Superfast!" starred a bunch of unknowns as they played the roles of all the TFATF regulars. It's silly, it's dumb, and quite a few jokes miss the mark, but it's still watchable and there are some laughs to be had. The bar for spoofs is very low anyway, and I'd say that "Superfast!" at least meets that standard.

I, like most people, was introduced to CT Fletcher via YouTube. I like to workout and I get motivation from seeing vids of different routines. Continuing to go to the gym is hard and you sometimes have to find inspiration from different places. I get mine by seeing new types of routines which keeps my workouts fresh. One day I clicked on a CT Fletcher video and I was hooked. He was an unfiltered trainer who didn't talk form, diet, and other technical stuff; he was simply about action and not giving in to weakness.

The documentary, "CT Fletcher: My Magnificent Obsession," is more of an inside look into his life, his beginnings, and where he is now (2015 at that time). The documentary only covers a span of about a week during which time CT was trying to open his own gym in Signal Hill, CA. As he dealt with that he gave a lot of backstory and history about himself and his family.

For people who know CT Fletcher or want to know him, then this documentary is perfect. For people who aren't interested in CT Fletcher or simply don't like him, this documentary is not for them. This is probably a very niche film with not a lot of demand, yet I found it on Amazon Video and it's free with Prime.
