If you have a career, it'll be easy for you to relate to the four main characters. It feels so real and honest and raw - we've all doubted ourselves in the same way at some point. It was emotional at times, but we also laughed out loud multiple times ("is our mom jealous of the homeless"). The film is not predictable or follows a pattern, it's really original and I would recommend it to anyone over 30. I think younger people would find it difficult to identify. I'm honestly disappointed to see the average rating and I hope more people give it a chance because it has a simple truth to it, that movies just don't have these days.
I can't believe there are less than 2000 reviews on IMDB! Every single episode of this show made me pee myself I laughed so hard. HIMYF got a second season and this didn't? What is wrong with the world? I still have hope this gets blown up on TikTok and GenZ forces Netflix to pick it up. This is so so funny and the only downside is there are not enough episodes. What can I say more? Just watch it. If you don't laugh you are dead inside and there's nothing we can do for you. If you did - write a review, write to your MP to your senator, ask them to make this a priority. I can't imagine anything being more important.
