This so called mini series is pitiful, the only thing it has, in common with the original poe story, are the names Roderick and Madeline. The mother being buried alive was in the original story i don't think. It's a mishmash, using names from other poe stories. Give me the story in book form, or better yet give me Vincent price. There's a time, when some movies should never be remade, and this is one of them. Thank God they can't remake, Casablanca, or the Maltese falcon. Lala land is too lazy to use their so called brains to think of new things. Or they make sequels, one or two is ok. But when you start making anything past three it's no good. Just like Michael Myers he should have been dead in the first movie. He gets shot by a 357 magnum and gets up and disappears??? Come on, Jason in space, Freddy and Jason enough is enough.

I thought this was going to be a great series. Silly me twenty minutes in, I knew the whole thing. Actors, that I have never heard of, and hopefully i won't see them in anything else. Silly plot, wasn't believable, one minute they sound Italian, then Spanish. The words aren't in sync with their mouths. This is something I could truly have avoided. I don't know how many episodes have been on, i zoned out after the first one. Too lazy to push my remote. But I'm going to now. Don't waste your time on this.

I know it's just a movie, but there are looney tunes out there that would do this kind of thing. First of all when he confessed to his wife, she should have told him to leave. If you do it once you'll do it again. Some women are so weak, and desperate they can't live without a man. To me it's not worth losing my freedom over some trifling man. I wasn't raised like that. Barry Sullivan was an ok actor, but please not worth it. And he should have killed Martha hyer. Skip that forgiving crap. If i did, I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself, for letting her go.
