Like most of the people, I really, really like the first one, in fact is in my personal "top" of all time movies.

With this one, I recall this sort of maxim "When a story needs to be explained, it's because it was poorly told"...

So, in my opinion, this was a pitiful and unnecessary sequel.

Few films have left me feeling as frustrated as this one, I cherish my time with films and other kinds of art, but this experience fell short.

My hype wasn't so high, and yet, the outcome was a disaster.

At the end, I get so confused about the story... I don't really understand why the same people behind the first one, wanted to achieve with this...

I have seen a lot of oriental movies. And believe me: this one is an American movie "dressed" as an Asian one... Is not a bad film, in fact action scenes are very well executed and fast; but paradoxically has an slow pace. The story is simple but again paradoxically extremely complex... So, it isn't a typical and well made yakuza film.

The best: action scenes.

The worst: is boring and has an anticlimactic end...

I almost dropped it out, because is not what I want to see of oriental mafia. My review is probably very subjective and for that reason a lot of people may disagree with it.

5 out of 10 is fair enough.

This movie is like a meme. Because if someone (a lot of people in fact) says it's a bad movie, automatically others (?) name that person a hater. I mean with a meme you can't feel angry, for example, because everyone will tell you "Hey it's just a meme, you boomer" or something like that. And with this movie is the same, I know it's just a movie (not WWIII) but, is a bad movie with a bad message for everyone, teenagers, kids, etc. So saying that is not hate, is the truth. The movie delivers a twisted awful nonsensical message.

Finally, I gave it a 2 out of 10 stars because I have seen worst ones...
