This short cartoon has the funniest undertones. Imagine what it is like for your pets to live with you...
There could be other interpretations but i find this film very metaphorical, relating to how pets are forced to be "humanized". they have no choice, they are surrounded by humans, so start to develop funny human tendencies. I myself actually own a pet that resembles the birds in this film so i find it especially funny. Just as slowly, your pet transforms to forget he/she is an animal but acts more human, if a human is surrounded by animals (all the same kind) he will start to exhibit animal-like tendencies and forget what it is to be human.
