Yes, I have watched SFU more than 20 years after its release, but believe me, it is never too late to give this show a chance. I was relativly young when it was the series premiere, abd back in the day I simply wasnt mature enough to understand what it is all about and what kind of powerfull message does it gives. SFU is simply a masterpiece, there never was anything created before, and now after more then 20 yrs, after it's release that is so unique. This show describes more about life then any other, although it is about death. But I guess everything is connected in real life, just like it is in SFU. The acting crew is superb and the ending of the show is simpy one the best ever in cinematoraphy(in my opinion, maybe even the best). I would reccomend SFU to anyone who has neglected it for long time, just as I have, mostly because it will make you put a finger on your head and think about your life and what have you done so far, because we are all here on a limited time.
HBO has produced another gem. Colin Farrell with out of this world perfomance and mask is stealing this show. Everytime he appears in a scene, he lits everything on fire with his voice and general appearance. Cristin Milioti as Sofia Falcone also great perfomance. This show is all about villains, fighting for power, yet throughout the show you take symphaty for bad guys and start cheering for them(at least some of them). The ending of the show takes another evil, shocking twist, which perfectly lays foundation for the next Batman movie. It gives just enough dose of hatred towards the Penguin so the people look forward to the next Batman movie(and probably cheer for the Batty), because in my opinion Colin as the Penguin tottaly stole the show with this series, but also in the first movie with a side role. Great job from the studio and the director in making this new Batman world deeper, darker, and more quality buy giving side caracters a show on their own.
I enjoyed this game from start to finish. Voice acting, including side roles are just fantastic, the casting was perfect. It's like a mix of "Dark" and "True detective". Although the game is not short at all, I just wish it lasted forever because the story will drag you into the "Dark place". Sam Lake's monologues are a piece of art and I wonder how this guy isn't given a major movie role. I'm glad he's still in great shape and this gives me hope of maybe some future Max Payne projects?. If you wanna watch a great TV show or movie and blast away dark forces, well don't wait any longer and give this game a go ASAP!
