Leila's Brothers is a drama film directed by Saeed Roustayi. The film stars Taraneh Alidoosti, Navid Mohammadzadeh, Saeed Poursamimi, Mohammad Alimohammadi, Nayereh Farahani, Mehdi Hosseininia, Farhad Aslani and Payman Maadi.
The film revolves around Leila and her four brothers who are struggling in making the end meets amidst of huge debts and economic crisis.
The best part of the film is real depiction of society and how a glimpse of false pride can force a man to make the lives of his children miserable. The film connects all the dots in displaying the struggle of common man faces in between mounting debts and economic crisis.
Acting is the real backbone of the film and all the cast was amazing in their respective roles and it would be very difficult to name one.
Screenplay of the film is slow but intense and gripping. The start of the film could look dull but the film makes a strong grip on the viewers as the film progresses. The climax of the film is good.
