Ive just watched the Daniel Craig collection start to finish in Nov 2025. Loved the beginning, the entire sequence culminating in his breakup is pristine. Ana de Armis is brilliant as Paloma, "I know, ive had three weeks training". They made a great choice making Bond a proficient pilot throughout the series, but the driving and motorcycle sequences in this are works of art. Whoever is riding the motorbike as Bond and driving the "vintage" Aston Martin in the opening sequences... brilliant work.
I have just re-watched the Daniel Craig 5 film collection in November 2025. Casino Royale is the best of them by a strong margin and has a strong case for being the best Bond film of all. I didn't rate the Bloefeld story arc, the personal connection to Bond is beyond ridiculous. However, I also really enjoyed the opening sequence in No Time to Die. The riding and driving skills are pristine, and that's some way to end a relationship.
Watched half of this on a plane flight in two sittings. This is so derivative (they are literally repeating lines from previous films), so pointless, so hopelessly un-engaging that it is just... boring. How can anyone in the audience buy in to such a ridiculous premise. I won't be returning to watch the final third because I don't care what happens next.
