I haven't seen it all Because Disney decided to show it at 1am in the morning while i'm sleeping, and then when i returned to school i discovered they showed the season final on Saturday in the morning, which i think killed me. But otherwise this TV show did not get enough credit, it had an absolutely fabulous cast and well i loved the short videos they showed inbetween it, if you can take the time to see it, see. for me i'm hoping they realize it on DVD so i don't have to stay up endless hours just waiting for it to begin, but other wise this is a good show and worth a look at i would personally rate it 7/10
I don't usually review movies, but after seeing the review/comment on this movie I felt I had to.
For me personally I enjoyed this movie, although the main plot is based around Cinderella, sure it's been done before a thousand times over, although the fact that this was modernised didn't seem to faze me, dropping the mobile instead of a glass slipper seemed typical. Hilary was perfect for the part, and as I watched her on the screen I realized she was a lot better then I remembered, I had forgotten that after watching some of Lindsey's movies, but the characters played their parts, Jennifer Coolidge who played Fiona was great for the role, just plain Amusing, Regina King as Rhonda was also good; it's nice to see a woman with an attitude. I especially enjoyed watching the happiness between Sam and her father before Fiona, the little girl was absolutely adorable, but probably the most entertaining character was Sam's best friend Dan Byrd his 'many' costumes were highly amusing.
Although while I enjoyed the movie, it did have faults maybe they were just me, but Hilary's character Sam attended the 'ball' wearing a mask just covering her eyes, Austin played by Chad Michael Murray seemed to be dumber then I thought, while asking her random questions, trying to guess who she was, it seemed really pathetic when he had already seen her numerous times before and had talked to numerous times before that, another time this happened, was when she had 'nearly' told him she had actually told him, and storming into the males locker room after lets say 'revenge of the cheerleader' before the game she starts yelling at him, personally I would've cut it, it was obvious that they hadn't done anything to each other except 'like' each other and she yelled at him.
This movie would be entertaining for the kids, and some teenagers, maybe a family movie, Its worth seeing for yourself, and ignoring reviewers (probably me to) if you enjoyed Fairy tales you'll probably like this.
