This is the most successful Superman movie! All the actors were carefully selected. We feel in our bones that Kal-El is a stranger in the world. After Superman, who was portrayed as a cowboy in the previous and subsequent Superman movies, we now have a real Kryptonian. I have watched it many times over the years and experienced the same feelings every time. Especially the conflict between Jor-El and Zod was wonderfully reflected. Both are people who approach events from different perspectives trying to save their planet. I can say that Zod's motivation is the most successful "bad guy" portrayal I have ever seen. He is a genetically bred protector and he tries to keep his planet and people alive no matter what the cost! It was a perfect movie in every way, DC made an incredibly big mistake by not making a sequel to this movie. If the DCEU was built on this movie, we would be watching very different movies right now...
10/10.
I love the genre, but unfortunately I couldn't warm up to Mentalist. Patrick Jane is an annoying character, his misplaced grins are annoying. That's why I couldn't empathize; I did not feel the sadness of a person whose wife and child were killed by a serial killer. Because his attitude in the murder cases he solved together with the CBI, his inability to empathize with the victims and their relatives, his inappropriate and generally very disturbing attitudes are far from realistic.
I hoped it would change as the seasons progressed, that they would realize the problems, but it ended just as it started...

It was a good series, I wish there was a sequel. A production with Hollywood studio quality. Especially the 3rd episode of the 2nd season was great, I really liked the pirates and the dancing and their songs.
In general, the acting and editing are quite successful, it tells the funny situations of a fictional European city-state/kingdom called Bongomia.
I also liked the costumes, the only problem is that the visual effects were quite weak, the exteriors were unfortunately monotonous and unattractive, but I think they could only do so much due to budget issues. Still, I recommend it as a nice watch.
