I can see the trolls have already landed, and agree with the BBC's segment yesterday that said if you like Meghan you will enjoy this but ... if you are hater/troll then this will raise your ire.
It is beautifully presented, the scenary is breathtaking and she shares with us her love of friendship, gardening, cooking and entertaining. The candles and bathsalts inspired me to get creative, something I have not done for years. Later I might dig out the cross-stitch and start creating christmas cards!!
But I digress, I have watched 2 episodes so far (I actually wanted to binge) but I want to savour each one. Meghan shares her absolute joy of caring and sharing. I love that she has her close friends around to share this, it is her joy at being able share that shines through. This is the genuine Meghan, this is the daughter that Doria raised and the woman that Harry married.

I love a good BBC drama and this ticked all the boxes for me. I am hoping they give us a season 2 as that ending, whilst not a cliffhanger it did leave unanswered questions.
Each episode gains traction whilst managing to look back to the end of 20th century referring to the race riots that broke out. One past action does link directly to what is happening now.
Cultural differences and familial arguments is plain to see, when I found out just how far down the rabbit hole his father was, who then added the insult he placed on his only son (TV it maybe but I was shocked) I was sat fly catching.
A very worthy binge watch. Brilliant!!!!

For me this was a feast of pure delight. It was a blast from the past for anyone who recalls and loved the likes of Follyfoot or Black Beauty. Yes I was one of those girls who discovered horses before boys. This was my childhood, this was how I grew up. I would love to know exactly where this was filmed (the vale of glamorgan is not a small area) but I digress. Its a tale of a greedy developer vs the elderly gentleman farmer who wants one particular farm to allow access to his dream of a country club. Add in a very jealous local lad who is too territorial and you have a bit of a smelting pot. I confess I was wringing my hands over the foal towards the end!
I loved and thoroughly enjoyed this visit to my past, I am left with acwarmth in my stomach that has nothing to do with Christmas cheer.
