  • Weird... but GOOD weird

The show is AMAZING. I could not stop watching it. It is very unique: the story itself and the way it's presented to the viewers.

The acting is superb! Every character - children and adults alike - comes through as a fully dimensional person.

The makers of the show blended together true history with some fictitious and fantastical aspects (although, some may argue that even the fantastical aspects of the show are true and real).

I strongly recommend anyone who is a fan of history and fantasy genres to watch it. It makes you think, reflect, and do your own research on the many subjects presented in this story.

  • Good stories, Horrible writing, Terrible acting

Let me start by admitting that I am watching it and can't stop because I want to see with the stories are going. The story arcs are terribly unrealistic, but they draw you in pretty well.

The dialogue must have been written by a couple of 5-year-olds. Stunted sentences. At times, it feels like the characters have forgotten what happened to them before and spew out some inconsistent gibberish.

Talking about inconsistent: the characters themselves don't match their own personalities from different scenes. Whoever comes up with the story arcs - are just pinning the tail on the donkey blindfolded.

The acting - like from a Middle School play. With a couple of exceptions, I am not sure how these "actors" got their jobs.
