This show is up their with Frasier and 3rd rock from the sun imo some of the best sitcoms of the 90's it's just hilarious and well acted. I'm not a Steve Harvey fan but he's a delight in this dry and bitter washed up 70's funk musician who becomes a high school music teacher Steve "Big Daddy" Hightower. A wonderful cast of characters/actors Regina, Levita, Cedric and the Boyz Bullethead & Romeo just make it just work every episode pure chemistry like all the best sitcoms especially from season 2 onwards were the show hits it's groove. You can tell the show was made on a shoestring budget compared to other sitcoms of the time but they definitely managed to make some excellent comedy.
Just such a basic cheap looking show, bland leading man, side kicks that are totally unlikable and it barley tries to convince you it's the early 70's. As for the the episodes to far it's about as deep as a kitchen sink, I was not a fan of supernatural but when I did watch it I was mostly entertained the undeniable chemistry and charisma of the leads and great supporting cast always made for enjoyable outing even when the story sucked, unfortunately the Winchesters can not rely on its dull leads to fill the potholes as they have zero chemistry between them or even for the viewers. CW has been sold it's dead and this show proves it.
Lots of great ideas poorly done and executed. Clunky vx bad cgi in places. Needed to concentrate on one villain not both, as they were interesting but they don't get a good pay off combined or a time to really menace or shine. Gal Gadot does her very best but nothing can save wonder woman from the real villain, script and direction. Dragged on
