Mahesh Babu has nailed it with his bilingual. Superb story and a grippy screenplay is the crust of the film. Mahesh Babu, acts as an intelligence bureau officer whose motive is to help the innocent before any mishap. But one such case, a mysterious one, forms the crust of the story. The expectations created by the first half is let down by the second half. Ineffective romantic portions and logical lapses in fight sequences had slowed down the pace. Even though such lapses are present, they could be overlooked for the sake of SJ Suryah, the main antagonist. His role is effective and at times reminds us of the JOKER in The Dark knight and the film also contains a similar interrogation scene. The villains past aka flashback is not a cliché and is convincing. The heroine is the weakest of characterisations in the whole of the film containing little screen space. RJ Balaji too doesn't have much scope in his character.
Overall it is the usual cat-and-mouse game with some amazing touches by AR Murugadoss. It is a more than a one time watchable entertainer. AR Murugadoss has given the audiences an amazing entertainer with a strong social message inside.

This film is yet another awesome one from KV Anand. The songs and the bgm by HipHop Tamizha is bashing. It deserves a hearty applause. The first half of the film is a crisp entertainer. It also comes to be a revelation of various things inside the media and the politics played inside. It is indeed a 2 men show by Vijay sethupathy and TR.Jagan's role is also good. But the heroine could've been given a more prominent role as she seems like just a picture in a frame, ineffective. The story is amazing but the casting could've been even better. The second half seems to be slightly diluted and not moving in the same pace as it was in the first half.Bose venkat and Akashdeep saigal did justice to their roles and Pandiarajan is simply superb.Vikranth has just acted, nothing to say more. The dialogues are fantastic and the story indeed flows in the right speed much likable by the current generation. But cheers to the crew for their new approach and sure it would be an inspiration for the future films.I'm sure that it deserves to be seen in the theaters at least once and I'm sure that the audience come out satisfied with the thought that the film is worth a watch
