The story of 3 unemployed young men from Liverpool during the Thatcher Years. A real charm of a sitcom. Even though never repeated there are a few moments that stuck with me like an elephant called Maggie doing a poo and Bruce Grobbelier the Liverpool goal keeper at the time turning up giving them tickets...even though they were trying to get into the Everton side. Also based around a cafe rather than a pub so a bit like a scouse Last of the summer wine. I hope more people remember this show, Starred one of the Mcgann brothers whose other brother was in The Monacled Mutineer at the same time and Jake Abraham the alternative Dave Lister.
