Season 5´s premiere set the bar real high, but this time it felt like a most cohesive ensemble with a beginning, a middle and an end. O'Malley died a hero, after a season in which his character felt like it was part of the hospital's furniture. So in a way, he was already gone, but his death shakes up a lot of things and when his friends laughed at his funeral, it helped reflect on how ridiculous the writing could be in this particular era of the show... Season 6 always feels like a new beginning for Grey's Anatomy, a chance for everyone involved to make due with past errors and do things differently. And from where we stand after the closing scenes to conclude this « special » about the five stages of grief, it is clear that opportunity would not be wasted. Wonderful soundtrack and music placements throughout, but part. 2 has the best songs, including a throwback from season 2, which is (coincidence or not) another great Grey's season.

It's my third or so time rewatching this movie, and each scenes felt like I'd just seen it the other day. It's probably one of the best teen romance ever brought onscreen. It's not too sappy or emotionally manipulative, and even though the setup can feel like the movie's on a mission, the wonderful acting is there to give this otherwise rudimentary story, a pulse and a reason to keep watching. Dunst gives another great performance, and her chemistry and fictional love story with Hernandez, is one you can touch and feel and root for until the end. It's entertaining, the camerawork is more refined than in other « teen movies » and the emotional connection you get through the portrayal of each characters and music placements, is flawless. Without spoiling too much of it, the ending is very satisfying. Don't miss the soundtrack, it's one of those that never leaves your headphones, and the thing about the movie I revisit the most.
