This was on TV and I tried to watch it. It was not engaging. First of all, it was visually poor, more like a TV soap opera than a movie. Action scenes were poorly choreographed.
Secondly, it wasn't well written, with dialogue sounding like a comedy when it was meant to be serious. To add to it, the music was annoying.
Thirdly, characters were very stereotypical, and acted more like caricatures than real people. Harriet acting like Tony Stark, the white dude sounding like a country bumpkin...
It feels like a movie made on a shoestring budget to exploit a particular moment in the market.
Reading the wiki entry for Harriet Tubman is much quicker and informative than this nonsense.

The action and sex(y) scenes are too adult for kids, but the story is too silly for adults. A film that gets caught in a no-man's land of violent childishness, where Americans decide who's good or bad and go around killing them in elaborate missions. It passes the time if you're bored, but certainly not something to make time for.
The story begins with a corpse, a student tortured to death by the anti-communist secret police. This should be another forgotten death, but there's a general sense of outrage and one after another, the officials whose paper trail would normally cover up the mess, refuse to cooperate. As the story snowballs, the lives of those involved, as well as the broader political situation, change significantly.
A thrilling and moving film, well directed and acted, as well as informative for those of us who don't know much modern Korean history.
