Excellent script, story, cast and actors combine to make this one of the best crime dramas I've seen for a while.

In fact we found it so good that we binged watched all 9 episodes from Season 1 over the weekend.

The characters are both interesting and convincing in their roles. Decent acting and a appropriate finale to Season 1.

I would definately recommend this whole series and we're already looking forward to Season 2.

I like sci-fi so took a chance on this without reading much about it beforehand.

I didn't realise it was a 12 age rating until I saw a family arrive. That shouldn't matter but it does mean it's tamer than films I usually watch.

As time went on I was feeling rather under-whelmed. I just never felt excited or invested enough to be that interested in what was going to happen. The 'monsters' and action scenes were OK, but nothing I've not seen before.

I imagine it could be a hit with teens, which might explain so many above average reviews, but this is one I won't be recommending.

The most positive thing about seeing this film was that I didn't have to pay for the cinema ticket.

Probably now one of my favourite Christmas films alongside Rare Exports and Bad Santa.

It was just great fun and made me laugh more than many comedies, despite it being violent.

It certainly ticked all the boxes for this type of film and recommended viewing for anyone who also enjoyed the other two films I mentioned. I liked the way it was filmed, the characters and the script. All flowed well and maintained a good pace throughout.

It was strange to see the opening scene set in Bristol, England as that's a city very familiar to me. Not that I recognised their version LOL.

Just remember that despite a child being in this film, the age restriction is there for a good reason!
