The only surprise in this film is Mark Wahlberg playing a psychopathic killer/hitman; not something I'm used to seeing him portray. For me, the downside to this film was the highly annoying, pain in the neck, FBI witness/informant/prisoner; I wanted him thrown out of the plane but that would have been the end of the film, lol.

Wahlberg and the FBI agent , played by Michelle Dockery, acted perfectly and kept the tension going throughout the drama.

The script was written well but excluded a great many things that would have been done in real life; especially by an FBI agent. There is no location but the inside plane compartment but the camera work is good and the entire film is sharp and clear.

At the end there is a very good additional twist but, you are going to have to watch it to see it...I'm saying nothing!

Although I enjoyed the film it was not up to the standard of the Witcher live action films etc. The fight scenes with monsters were in too close and therefore spoilt; especially with all the gymnastics Geralt was doing. The story was not the best and you think at times, that its not a Witcher story. The vocals were frequently mumbled (something that is abundant in far too many films these day's) and, really...really annoying!

Colours were quite faded looking when they should have been vibrant and, the clarity/detail was poor; though neither spoilt the ability to view it.

Although I personally enjoyed my viewing of it, I personally did not feel it had a strong enough Wither feel about it. So I tend to agree with much of what has been said in other viewers reviews.

Had this had a higher budget it would have added so much more to its special FX but, it still managed to include a few low cost ones.

The main dislike I had for this was the shaky camera overuse, making it impossible to see the content properly (I have hated the found footage style of camera work ever since, "THE BLAIR WITCH" crap). The sound was also at fault most of the time due to the actors speaking extremely quietly; when being interviewed. When they were not it was spattered throughout with unnecessary foul mouthed language (something that is overused far too much in loads of films these days).

All in all though, it is an interesting alien sci-fi film that is acted well by the actors; even though they never tell you some of the details of what is happening and, you only piece it together at the end. I would like to see a sequel as there is more to the story. I have watched it 2 times since its release and enjoyed both of the viewings.
