I'm a little disappointed in the bad reviews. Give it a chance and watch it all the way thru. I think this movie touches basis of not just motherhood but about sacrifices people make to live a life that we are expected to live. Get a job, make money, have a house, pay your bills. But life can sometimes leave us feeling unfulfilled. It's movies like this that help bring us back to who we are on the inside and nudges us to get to doing the things we are passionate about in life. And if you're an artist, this movie will definitely resonate. Basically this movie helps bring you back down to earth, reflect on what's important.
It was entertaining to say the least. The lack luster of human emotion in a situation most humans would be in a panic over. However the events that unfolded and the conspiracy theories from the crazies was interesting to think about. Makes you wonder, what would it be like to if we had a cyber attack that affected all things technological in our everyday world. It was interesting to see the human interaction between people with differences of opinion. And how sometimes catastrophic events brings people closer together. However, the ending leaves us with what must be a part two to follow. Still, I think it's worth the watch.
Watch it for yourself. Give it 4 episodes before judging. This was spot on for middle school life. I never laughed so hard. If you need a good laugh and a get away from all the negativity then here is your escape. Yes there are parts that is over dramatized but that is what makes it so funny. The mood swings, the changing of our bodies at that age. The hell we gave our parents because our hormones were all over the place. Girls getting their periods and friends who were behind. Boys being weird and gross at times. What girls did to get attention. Parental support and at times giving back the same energy towards their moody teen. I loved it all.
