This is not a movie, it's a combination of scenes stitched together just to fill up time. I swear, one part of the movie is 3 scenes of some people just going to pick up a person. Seriously. Absolutely unnecessary time-filler.
Schoenaerts was most convincing I think. The rest of the acting is nothing to write home about. That's also due to the atrocious writing. I mean, what are those lines? And what are those scenes? Things just happen for no reason. And reasons for things are completely surrealistic. I know it's not real, but come on. Not a single person on the planet would behave and make decisions like those in the movie. It's just far beyond silly. The movie is also super predictable all the way through. The ending is an obvious setup for a third installment but there's just no way I'm setting time aside for that.

Seriously, what? Who writes this stuff? Is this supposed to be fun or cool or what? Rick & Morty always had a level of violence but things are different now. Things just feel off. It's a cheapened version of what it used to be. I get more disappointed with each episode. Hoping for better to come. But it's clear that won't happen, and we're not getting back what we used to have. Every week is just a let-down and I get less and less excited or interested in the show. I don't even watch it anymore, I just play it while I do something else. R&M used to captivate my attention, now it's mostly background stuff.
