I LOVE everything about this movie, except the acting. The house is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous, and the message is clear (and relevant). The cheese is strong with this one. It is everything you would expect from a low budget, Christian film. I would definitely recommend seeing this film.

I thoroughly enjoy this movie, but only if I have a glass of wine in my hand. The story line is cute and refreshing, but the role of Elizabeth Bennett was overplayed and Mr. Darcy was underplayed. Elizabeth literally gets mad at him for looking at her. I'm surprised she didn't yell at him for having eyes, breathing, EXISTING.... At one point I almost turned it off due to her ridiculous, out-of-nowhere hate for Darcy. Instead, I took another sip of wine and kept watching. I'm happy that I did. It is now one of my favorites. No, it's no 1995 Pride & Prejudice with Colin Firth, but compared to other Hallmark-type remakes, this one is great! Another bonus is the dogs are ADORABLE.

This movie is so horrible that I use it as the "0" in all my movie scale comparisons.

The acting is horrible, the "beautiful reveal" ballgown looks like what Cinderella was wearing before the Fairy Godmother showed up, and the story line is (even for a Hallmark movie) absurd.

I drank an entire bottle of wine watching this movie. This time not because I enjoy drinking wine, but because it was so bad that I was hoping drinking more would make it semi-enjoyable.
