I have seen it at Internet Streaming by Australian Japanese Film Festival right here in Melbourne. The story depicting about the three high school students whose has builded up their interest at 8mm filmmaking life by step to step to capture the smooth plot unfolded. Surprising enough, the unusual differical way of arrange the filming tactic around them to make more closer at each others with learning the common mistakes in the filmmaking field which does generally pulls you in. The 10 mins 8mm short movie is well-presented in it's entirely inside the classroom is a real bonus presentation. A big PLUS.
I have seen this film on 'The Classic Porn' site and found out this film with repeated Ending credits for the second time before the end of this film which was also shown first after the beginning of the film. Bad editing easily found in it but not much, as it's film condition is damaged with blue marks on the 35mm celluloid, but it can be restored using DIAMANT software. Nice but disappointed outing that this is.
The incomplete six-rolls fragments 35mm Nitrate film totalling 616ft was discovered in Austria, and shipped to Australia some years ago. It wasn't complete scanned until new-improved film-scanning device was introduced to use it and everything out of 9,865 frames was fully scanned in 1080p resolution, and reconstructed altogether from seemingly mixed-up cuts ( which it was prepared for the 35mm toy projectors during at that time ) into well-pacing edited story which is now showing at YouTube since 30th March, 2020.
This film gained some funniest slapstick ever with storm events throwing at the couple on car which goes thru it all over again and again. The unknown woman star as Jimmy's companion is her best role ever, as we heartily applauds her willingness performance ever graced on the silver screen, period. Unfortunately, this film is incompleted but the biggest and wonderfully scene impacts are still remaining there. Just go and see it, best when viewing it at your 65' TV screen for the best cinema entertainment value.
