It is the story of a young woman named Rose , She has a rare condition where every time she gets sexually aroused /turned on, she has an uncontrollable urge to kill. After the killing she disposes of the bodies and tries to fix herself. That keeps her single and in love with her knives. She meets Sam- a person with the same condition who has answers for her condition.
