Cruel Children comes from the deranged minds of the NYC comedy writing duo Jeff Rabinak and Lindsay-Elizabeth Hand. In each sketch, the TV Pilot explores different internet subcultures from ASMR (viral internet videos where one speaker clicks and whispers) to Brooklyn mommies to South Georgia magicians, inter-spliced with Woman-On-The-Street prank segments.
