Rae Shan is the Creator, Producer and Host of three Talk Shows - I AINT That CHICK, CHICK CHAT and DISCUSSIONS. I AINT That CHICK, (IATC), is a Ministry and a Movement that speaks of Self-Empowerment, Self-Awareness, and Self-Respect for girls and women of all ages and ethnicities. We stress the word Self because empowerment already lies within and oftentimes only needs to be re-awakened. Her passion is that whenever young girls or women are faced with choices in which they can and usually do settle for less than what they deserve that they re-think that choice and respond with I AINT That CHICK. Respect me because I Respect Myself. CHICK CHAT is a Talk Show where girlfriends (hosts) get together and talk about everything! Nothing is off limits. At times a male co-host is featured on the show because women always have a good, male friend they love to talk to. DISCUSSIONS is a 10 minute, on-camera real, raw, and honest discussion with men that dispels the myth - men do not talk. Men talk, just not as much as women do.
