Supplies
TAFELSPITZ
- 500g boiled beef or beef
- 1-1 / 2 liters of water
- 70ml cream
- 2x beef soup cubes
- 1x soup green
- salt
- pepper
- Bay leaves
APPLE MUSSE WITH KREN
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1x glass of apple mousse (Marchtrenk)
- lemon
SPINATMOUSSE
- 1/2 kilo spinach (frozen)
- garlic (grated)
- salt
- pepper
Step 1:
Boil 1 to 1 1/2 liters of water, slowly simmer the boiled beef in it
for 2-3 hours. Then season with the soup cubes. Next add the soup greens and spices. Later add the cream.
Step 2: APPLE MOUSSE
For the apple mousse, mix the mousse with horseradish and season with lemon.
Step 3: SPINACH MOUSSE
For the spinach mousse, defrost the spinach and season with salt and pepper and bay leaves.
Step 4: Serving
Quality beef can also be used instead of boiled beef.
Serve with large, salted French fries or potato pancakes.
