CRCE
The JAIN Group has been the pioneer in startup incubation, since 2001 it is providing end-to-end support for the incubatee startups to sustain in the market. Through Chenraj Roychand Centre for Entrepreneurship (CRCE), JAIN has impacted over 2000 entrepreneurs, incubating close to 40 ventures. CRCE has blended academics and practice in entrepreneurship by bringing student entrepreneurs and incubated companies together. CRCE is working with a vision ‘To create 8800 entrepreneurs to contribute 2% of the GDP of our Nation by 2030.’
Technology Business Incubator
Technology Business Incubator (TBI) started in 2016 with support from NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology, Govt of India and JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University). TBI provides support and scope for technology startups to develop innovative products, sustainable business model, thus solving the critical problems of the country. The TBI Program has strong methodology and robust framework with dedicated coaching. Eminent professionals, academicians, bankers, venture capitalists and businessmen extend support to new ventures through mentoring and management training.
Startup India Seed Fund Scheme
Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), rolled at JAIN Launchpad in February 2023 with a goal to provide financial assistance to startups for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry and commercialization. With this initial funding support, startups can graduate to a level where they can raise funds from angel investors or venture capitalists, or seek loans from banks. A startup can receive fun ding in the form of grant/equity/debt upto INR 20 lakhs for validation of POC, and upto INR 50 lakhs to launch, commercialize, or scale up their business. It is supported by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Riseupreneurs
Riseupreneurs, a Pre-incubation program, is designed to support ambitious and innovative entrepreneurs, professionals, and students through a process that will provide them with the opportunity to validate their ideas. The program was relaunched in March 2022, with a vision to create 8800 entrepreneurs who will contribute 2% of the nation's GDP by 2030 by scouting and identifying the most promising startup ideas.
This is an intensive program that combines hands-on sessions, practical advice, business training, expert support, coaching and mentoring to help innovators accelerate the process of validating their ideas.
NIDHI Accelerator Program
NIDHI Accelerator Program was launched in the midst of Pandemic during July-2020 with support from NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India to aid growth-driven startup companies through education, mentorship, and investment. The program helps entrepreneurs to work with coaches, mentors and experts to ensure that the business is interesting, healthy and defensible. A plethora of networking opportunities with peer founders, investors and industry leaders are ensured at the “Demo Day” where participating ventures pitch to a large audience of qualified investors and potential clients.
Seed Support System
Seed Support System (SSS) Program was launched in 2019-20 and is designed to help the incubated startup companies to access the seed fund. This seed fund supports startups to complete the development of product, launch, expand and grow their business. Startups are eligible for funding of upto INR 25 Lakhs and in exceptional cases upto INR 1 Crore based on the need of startups and decision of Seed Support Management Committee (SSMC). This program is supported by NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India and monitored by SSMC.
JAIN Elevate WomEN Incubation
JAIN Elevate WomEN Incubation Program was launched in Aug-2022 with support from KITS, Dept. of El, IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka with an objective to handhold women founders from non-metro/tier-2/3 regions of Karnataka. The program is developed using unique approaches influenced by Silicon Valley methodologies to encourage the female founders to move to next level and speed-up the process of product development or achieve Product-Market fit. The Program supports women entrepreneurs to launch a successful company that can generate impact, value-added jobs, benefit society and foster sustainability in the emerging cities of the State.
Corporate Social Responsibility
JAIN Launchpad received approval to undertake CSR activities in January 2023. The aim of this initiative is to aid corporates achieve innovation-focused CSR goals and offer startups a platform to impact the local communities through their innovative solutions.
As part of the CSR initiatives, JAIN Launchpad envisions a world where companies collaborate to make a positive impact in the society through various activities such as workshops, livelihood training, mentoring and awareness events to educate the public about social businesses and connect them with resources to help them succeed.
