Vic Flint, by Ralph Lane
'Vic Flint'. Dutch-language version.

Ralph Lane began his comics career in the early 1940s doing gag cartoons and assisting Roy Crane on the daily 'Buz Sawyer' comic, as well as on 'Captain Easy'. From 1945 to 1950 he drew the 'Vic Flint' newspaper comic with texts by Ernest Lynne, who used the pen name Michael O'Malley. The strip was distributed by Newspaper Enterprise Association and was also reprinted in comic books by St. John Publishing. Lane was succeeded by Dean Miller in 1950, who was later replaced by Art Sansom and eventually John Lane, Ralph's son.
