Last 1 hour is not to make major changes at all. You will lose your confidence by changing a lot. You should only review grammar for spelling errors, try to check if page numbers are included etc. For visuals / template format you can check in Canva if there are better ways to represent certain messages. However, again, it's not time to rush significant adjustments last minute. Remember, all great leaders have a common habit - they care a lot about small, little things that make an outstanding impact. Therefore just give it a one last final push but don't go crazy with trying to make it perfect - such a thing doesn't exist ;)

Fully polishing your slides to 'perfection' generally happens before the last hour. As others have mentioned, grammar checking, design consistency and images, I'll focus on your backup plan: Did you a: print a hard copy with notes? b: use the PowerPoint record feature? Under Slideshow tab> Choose 'Record Slide Show' Annotate your slides to enhance the presentation. Save the video in a secure location for easy access. Following these two steps ensures that you are prepared for most eventualities. The recording is reusable, consistent and you can add closed captions to help enhance accessibility.
