In my opinion, in order to maintain your edge around a competitive entrepreneur, focus on collaboration over competition. Leverage your unique strengths to complement theirs, not outshine them.

Being Transparent for one. Secondly, not justifying my actions or plans. Always keeping the eye on the goal and work consistently towards it. Make sure, I'm bringing in quality that is so good that it's difficult to say No to it. I'm sure, my audience will go for it on the sole basis of providing credible and qualitative service. I don't think, competitors matter then.

So, instead of being a small fish in a big pond, find a small area of the pond, and be the biggest fish in that area.

Few pointers that I would suggest: - There is a place for everyone and opportunities to be won by everyone. - Rather than competing, see if you can complement them. So you both win together. - Finally, if needed - compete with yourself not others.
