A night to remember at ITC Las Vegas. The Prohibition Party brought together innovators across insurance, founders, brokers, carriers, and MGA leaders, for a night of conversation, connection, and shared vision. Amid the vintage glow of the 1923 Prohibition Bar, meaningful discussions unfolded about the future of intelligent risk management and the role technology plays in shaping safer outcomes. We were proud to sponsor an event that celebrates progress, where relationships and ideas move the industry forward. Watch the highlight reel and relive the moments that made the night unforgettable. Thank you to T Palmer Agency for the creative production and to our fellow sponsor Pinpoint Predictive for helping make it happen. . . . #InsureTechConnect #InsuranceInnovation #RiskManagement #AI #DataDrivenSafety #ProhibitionParty #LasVegas #CompScience

Most AI projects in insurance fail... not because the tech doesn’t work, but because it’s applied in the wrong ways. In the latest episode of the PLUS Podcast, we (Josh Butler) sit down with Garrett Koehn and Cameron MacArthur to explore: - When to build vs. buy AI solutions - How to measure ROI that goes beyond cost savings - Why the future is about augmenting, not replacing, human expertise Join the conversation on how insurers and brokers can make smarter, faster, and safer decisions with AI. LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT: AI-powered Safe Work Plans & JHA App in collaboration with the National Safety Council Headed to Denver for our 4th National Safety Council Congress & Expo in a row—and this year is special. We teamed up with Perry Logan to help support the launch of the new NSC Severe Injury & Fatality (SIF) Prevention Model. We’re showing how it comes to life in our AI-powered Safe Work Plans & JHA App at various SIF-focused Professional Development Seminars and Campbell Institute this week. Why it matters: SIFs are the life-changing injuries that we've struggled to get ahead of for so many reasons. Our new app drives high-quality safety interactions in the field—building awareness of SIF hazards and converting Safe Work Plans into JHAs in minutes. It’s the only product of its kind, operationalizing the latest NSC SIF model end-to-end: 1. Describe the work (in a few words + photos) 2. AI applies the SIF prevention model 3. Confirm safeguards & critical controls with your team 4. Monitor risk and engagement in the real time dashboard 👉 Catch up on NSC’s latest thought leadership: https://lnkd.in/greWCPSN 👉 Try it yourself: https://lnkd.in/g2-t3qEv (create a plan in under a minute) WHY THIS IS TRANSFORMATIVE Manufacturers: Standardizes SIF-critical conversations on every line/changeover, closing the gap between policy and practice while accelerating JHAs Safe Work planning. Construction Contractors & Utilities: Brings consistency to pre-task planning across subs and sites, elevates hazard recognition, and speeds compliant documentation—without slowing the crew. Huge thanks to Laurie Shelby, CIH, CSP & Michael Kirschner at Tesla and Jorge Gordillo Córdoba, Casey Watts, MS, CSP, CHMM, and Ryan Rebman at Conagra Brands for being visionary pilot partners—pushing us to build what the frontline actually needs. If you’re at NSC, come say hi. We’ll show how safety teams are cutting SIF exposure while simplifying OSHA-ready documentation. #NSC #SIF #SafetyTech #Manufacturing #Construction #EHS #JHA #WorkersComp #AI #SIFPrevention

In his latest article for PropertyCasualty360, our CEO Josh Butler makes the case for a proactive approach: ✅ Predicting risks before injuries occur ✅ Reducing claims and costs for employers ✅ Creating safer environments for workers This isn’t about replacing claims management, it’s about using AI to stop accidents at the source. The future of workplace safety is prevention, not just response. Read the full article here 👉 : https://lnkd.in/grWGc5hw . . . . #WorkersComp #AI #FutureOfWork #InsuranceInnovation #CompScience

Making Safety Professionals "Superhuman" At the G20 Global Initiative for Safety, Health & Well-being (GISHW) in Osaka, Japan, we shared our vision for the future of workplace safety. One of our most important stakeholders is the safety professional, and the people they work every day to keep safe. Our goal is to make safety professionals superhuman. We want to give them a deeper, clearer understanding of the environments they are helping to engineer, and help with one of their biggest challenges: getting leadership’s attention on hazards that must be addressed before they turn into injuries. Thank you to Zhao Li at the U.S. Department of Labor for choosing us to participate. It has changed the way we think about bringing safety innovation to the world. #GISHW #G20 #WorkplaceSafety #InjuryPrevention #GlobalSafety #WorkplaceWellbeing #AIforSafety #SafetyInnovation #SafetyAnalytics #ActiveRiskManagement #WorkersComp #WorkersCompInsurance #PredictAndPrevent #CompScience

The World Is Paying Attention to CompScience and Active Risk Management The world’s largest companies and governments are looking to CompScience’s Active Risk Management system to help prevent the most serious workplace injuries and fatalities. SIFs, or severe injuries and fatalities, are rare events that the human brain is not wired to fully understand or predict. They are low in probability but high in consequence, which makes them difficult to anticipate and prevent. Our AI changes that. By applying large language models with context from millions of injury cases and decades of safety research, we can process hundreds of times more data from a specific environment than any human could. This allows us to pinpoint the most credible worst-case consequences, assess their likelihood, and guide smarter decisions about which hazards to control. The result is a safer workplace and fewer lives at risk. Thank you to Marie Boland, CEO of Safe Work Australia for participating in the G20 Global Initiative for Safety, Health & Well-being (GISHW) in Osaka, Japan. #ActiveRiskManagement #WorkplaceSafety #InjuryPrevention #SIFPrevention #GlobalSafety #WorkplaceWellbeing #AIforSafety #SafetyInnovation #SafetyAnalytics #WorkersComp #WorkersCompInsurance #PredictAndPrevent #CompScience
