What if your compensation strategy could evolve in real time—reflecting business goals, performance outcomes, and employee expectations all at once? That was the focus of The AI Advantage in Compensation panel, moderated by Haris Ikram, featuring Amrita Bhaumik, Brian M. Jones, and Paige Maisonet. The discussion surfaced an important truth: AI isn’t just about automating pay processes. It’s about visibility—seeing all your people, performance, and pay data in one place to make smarter, faster, fairer decisions. Because when you connect compensation to strategy, every pay decision becomes a business decision.

Your feed is probably filled with scary news and ads, so—to brighten it up—here are 🖐five🖐 good things from our team's East Coast tour this week: 1️⃣ In a remote world, face-to-face client meetings feel even more special (and productive). 2️⃣ A few team members got to see some Off Broadway together—one of them was even given a speaking role. 🙊 3️⃣ We hosted two great events in NYC and Boston with dozens of People and Compensation leaders. Hearing about their priorities and road blocks, scheming with them about how we can continue to help. 4️⃣ The team was absolutely spoiled with great weather and views! ☀️🏙️ 5️⃣ In-person collaboration—by train, in-offices, over drinks (and GIANT steaks). We've built a team that works hard remotely, but who cherishes those in-person jam sessions. We'd love for you to share: What's a "good thing" from your week?
