Scaling product content is one of those challenges that sounds straightforward until you're actually doing it. Because when you go from a handful to hundreds of SKUs across multiple channels, keeping everything accurate and on-brand and somehow not grinding your team to a halt in the process only gets harder. That's exactly what we're digging into on June 17. Lynn Herman and Roxanne Lewington are hosting "From Chaos to Clarity: Scaling Product Content Without Slowing Down", a practical session on how product and marketing teams can build the systems that let them move fast without losing control. If you're involved with a product-based business, this one is worth an hour of your time. Register here: https://bit.ly/3Qer2XG #Ecommerce #ProductMarketing #DigitalAssetManagement

How are you feeling about AI these days? Tired? You're not alone. Most people (66%) are using AI, but more than half of us (54%) are getting tired of hearing about it (Talker Research, 2026). Overall, it feels like we're all running a marathon without a course map. Everyone feels the pressure to get better and faster with AI or risk getting left behind, but as tool sprawl and "botsitting" take over more of our days and brains, AI fatigue is a natural and understandable reaction. That's why the teams succeeding in the AI era are balancing experimentation and evaluation (and taking plenty of coffee breaks). They know AI for AI's sake is a one-way ticket to burn out, but they also know the right AI tools are worth it in the long run. Tell us how you're feeling about AI these days in the comments! #AIFatigue #ArtificialIntelligence #BurnOut

Our Director of Content and Communications, Jennifer Neary, is tackling the elephant in every brand marketing leader's Zoom waiting room: budget. Brand pros know this struggle well. Every knows brand is essential, but leadership wants proof and brand attribution is notoriously murky. Jen's take? Shift the conversation toward what you can measure: consistency and operational efficiency. When your brand functions as a system (not just a campaign) the ROI starts to speak for itself. Can confirm: it's impossible to not have a great time in Music City! The Canto team spent last Thursday at the Nashville eCom Summit (by Retail Summits) with some of the sharpest retail and eCommerce minds. Lynn Herman hosted a roundtable on marketing personalization at scale that turned into exactly the kind of candid, back-and-forth that makes these events worth attending. The through-line across every conversation: product content chaos is still the norm, and the teams pulling ahead are the ones who've solved for accuracy, consistency, and speed all at once. That's the problem we wake up every day thinking about, and the problem we make sure Canto can solve. #Ecommerce #Retail #DigitalAssetManagement

Getting products onto Amazon has never been the hard part. Getting them listed accurately, completely, and without a manual mapping nightmare. That's where teams lose time. Canto's latest feature, Amazon AI Export Assistant, takes your product catalog from Canto directly to a live Amazon listing in one click. No manual attribute mapping, no error loops, no offshore team required. The AI fills gaps using existing product information data, so the system gets smarter with every export, which means fewer retries, cleaner submissions, better catalog data over time. If your team manages a large product catalog and sells on Amazon, this one's worth a look. #Ecommerce #ProductMarketing #DigitalAssetManagement

In case you've ever lost your "why" in a sea of KPIs, Ann Handley is here to remind all of us marketers what our jobs are (and have always been) about: connecting hearts and minds. Yes, we want to impact the bottom line. Yes, we want our metrics heading in the right direction. Yes, we want the shiniest AI-powered tech stack supercharging everything. But don't let the numbers or tech trends bury the lead (pun intended). Performance happens when humanity and real storytelling stays front and center. Anyone else feel like the deadline for every new project is yesterday? 😮💨 ... If you ask marketers and creatives why they got into these roles, "because I'm obsessed with operational efficiency" definitely won't be the top response... if it gets mentioned at all. We got into these jobs because we love to create stuff that people enjoy (and paying our bills on time is nice too). But, ask any marketer or creative that's been at this for awhile what holds them back from the parts of their job they love most, and the operational drudgery suddenly springs to the forefront. Wasting two hours hunting for a file and still not knowing if it's the right one. Sending that fifth follow up slack only to realize that's not the person you need approval from. Juggling a gazillion email threads with outside partners trying to make sure everyone has what they need (and still seeing outdated content go live) This is the kind of chaos that drives teams over the edge when leadership puts their foot on the gas. Add AI into the mix and it's not a solution, it's gasoline on the operational dumpster fire. That's why systems need to come before speed. Building the right infrastructure behind the work might not be the shiny, happy, fun project we all dreamed about on our first day, but it's what helps us do more of the meaningful work, do it better, and keep up with a crazy pace without going crazy. Check out the latest edition of The Content Forecast to learn how to do just that. And follow Canto for more tips and takes like this 😎

More content hasn't solved the content problem. If anything, it's made it harder to solve. That's the thread running through this week's edition of The Content Forecast. We just wrapped the Content Innovation Summit, and the clearest takeaway across every session was this: the teams producing the most compelling work aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the most AI tools. They're the ones with the best systems. This edition covers what that looks like in practice. We'll explore how Ben & Jerry's turns around culturally relevant video in three days, how RMS Beauty scaled their content team fourfold without losing brand consistency, and why Ann Handley says the real differentiator in 2026 isn't AI; it's courage. The brands holding strong have one thing everyone else is still searching for. This edition gets into what it actually is. #ContentMarketing #BrandManagement #ContentOperations

Getting into the inbox used to be the goal. Ann Handley, Chief Content Officer at MarketingProfs, says that's no longer enough. In this clip from the Content Innovation Summit, Ann makes the case that, as AI takes over inbox management, deliverability becomes table stakes. The real question is whether your reader would genuinely miss you if you didn't show up. That's a different standard than open rates. And it changes how you should think about your entire email program. Watch Ann's full keynote from the Summit for more essential insights: https://lnkd.in/ebpXPr6P #ContentMarketing #EmailMarketing #ContentInnovation
