Nearly 1,000 of our associates recently gathered in Chicago for our annual company huddle, this year held at historic Soldier Field! The hometown pride was evident as we celebrated in the home of the Chicago Bears and in the United Airlines United Club–two organizations we’ve partnered with over the past year through our Business Sales channel. This event provided the opportunity for us to hear from our executive team about our paths for growth, innovation, and modernization across all channels and brands–Crate & Barrel, CB2, Crate & Kids, and Hudson Grace. We also recognized our annual LOVE (Living Our Values Everyday) winners, and took time to connect and refresh as a greater team. Thanks to all for making it a day full of energy and celebration. For over 15 years, our associate volunteers have been cultivating a vibrant, organic garden right outside our corporate office. More than growing fresh, beautiful produce, sharing time together in the garden and donating a portion of our harvest to the Northfield Township of Illinois food bank is another way we connect with our community. Our weekly donations are up as harvest time is in full swing. We've donated more than 1,000 pounds to date, and are proud to continue this long-standing tradition of giving back to those in need!
