#ThrowbackThursday to one of our favorite times of the year—Ampcontrol's annual off-site! A couple of weeks ago, the whole global team came together, from software developers and data scientists to operations, business development, and more. Starting at our NYC headquarters and then heading to the beautiful Catskills, it was a week filled with collaboration, creativity, and some memorable face time. We dove into workshops, brainstormed fresh ideas, and had a blast in hackathons, all focused on how we can continue delivering top-notch charging support to electric fleets across the globe. But it wasn’t all work - we had plenty of laughs, team activities, and even a little friendly competition at the bowling lanes! Nothing beats the energy of bringing the Ampcontrol team together. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us, and we're excited to keep the momentum going as we finish the year on a strong note! 🚀 #Ampcontrol #StrongerTogether #SmartCharging #ElectricFleets #CompanyEvents

Electrifying fleets requires a complex planning process and significantly changes fleet operations compared to traditional combustion fleets. This process involves cross-functional teams and vendors making long-term investment decisions, as well as electricians and software engineers. Managing electric fleets is intricate and presents unique challenges that differ greatly from anything previously handled by fleet companies. The risks are high, and failure can be costly. At Ampcontrol, we have created an interactive EV fleet guide to provide comprehensive guidance through the planning, installation, and operation of electric fleet depots. To learn how to plan, operate and optimize your electric fleet, check out our guide in the comments below. #EVFleet #ElectricFleet #SmartCharging #Ampcontrol #HowToElectrify #Logistics #EV #Trucking #Delivery #LastMile

As the EV industry accelerates, ensuring consistent access to reliable charging infrastructure is critical. In our recent article, linked in the comments below, we dive into the indispensable role that ticket management systems play in the EV charging ecosystem, especially as customer demand and uptime expectations soar. Why is this crucial? EV chargers face a range of operational challenges – from equipment faults to payment issues – which can lead to up to 21% of failed public charging attempts. Ticket management systems address these issues head-on by: ✅ Automating ticket routing to the right technician, minimizing downtime. ✅ Monitoring SLAs to maintain high uptime, critical under NEVI program standards. ✅ Providing real-time visibility into issue status for both operators and customers. These systems streamline issue resolution, enabling faster response times and improved diagnostics through integration with asset management tools. For operators, the result is not only SLA compliance but also a significant boost in customer satisfaction. With automated workflows, real-time monitoring, and robust analytics, ticket management systems offer EV operators the data-driven insights needed to optimize operations, maintain uptime, and ultimately foster a seamless charging experience. As EV adoption rises, the need for effective, integrated ticket management solutions is more important than ever. Read more in our article linked in the comments to explore how ticket management is powering the future of EV charging networks. #EVcharging #ElectricVehicles #TicketManagement #CustomerExperience #AssetManagement #SustainableMobility #NEVI
