Everyone wants to run events… until they realize it means you’ll: - Be expected to "create something new" without taking any risks - Listen to everyone whose planned a wedding tell you how to run a B2B conference - Get vague pushback like “the vibe feels off” - Spend 2 months doing site visits…only to keep the same venue - Get approval for a $500k budget and still defend every invoice - Be measured on pipeline with no control over follow up At the end of the day.
