High-performance JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue data grid visualisation. Interactive data tables and Charts.

About us

AG Grid is a JavaScript data grid designed for Enterprise Applications. It delivers a large feature set combined with Enterprise grade performance. We provide all the standard features of a data grid available through simple code configuration to enable a rich and interactive table of data for end users out of the box. e.g. sorting, filtering, editing, etc. This means development time is significantly reduced for essential features. Our grid is highly extensible and customisable. Detailed documentation is available on the web site with runnable examples to support developers in learning to use the grid quickly. The examples in our documentation are written in all the major frameworks we support: JavaScript, Angular, React and Vue. A free community edition of the data grid is available. Community charting for data visualisation is available as a free standalone product. The Enterprise edition has full commercial support and additional features like Excel exports, integrated charts, server side row model to handle millions of rows of data, grouping and pivoting with data aggregation Charting is integrated into the Enterprise edition in a way that allows interactive exploration from your data grids. A user can select a range of data in the grid and can create customisable charts on the fly, all with no additional coding required from the development team. The integrated charting works seamlessly with grouping and pivoting. AG Grid allows you to focus on building the best application you can, without spending additional time or development budget building and maintaining your own data grid or data visualisation libraries.

  • In case you missed it 👀 Pinch-to-zoom in React sounds straightforward. Until you try to make it feel right. In this talk from React Summit US 2025, Olivier Legat breaks down why pinch-to-zoom and pan are harder than they look, and how a bit of pen-and-paper maths helped us build smooth, intuitive interactions in AG Charts. Worth a watch if you’re building interactive, data-heavy UIs. 🎥 Watch the talk → https://lnkd.in/eXaPqfRR

  • AG Charts 13 now lets you visualise real-time data with charts that update every animation frame, whilst also reducing bundle size by up to 45% and simplifying how the charts are configured: ⚡ High-Frequency Updates Stream data in any chart type as fast as the user's display can refresh - Add, remove, and update points whilst maintaining smooth zoom and pan interactivity. 🔍 Zoom Data Change Strategies Control how zoom responds to live updates by preserving domains, maintaining ratios, or snapping to the latest data. 📦 Modules & Bundle Size Reduction Adopt module-based builds to cut bundle size by up to 45%, improving load times and Core Web Vitals metrics. 📊 Simplified Axis Configuration Easily configure x, y and secondary axes, with reduced boilerplate code, and automatic secondary axis setup. ✨ Improved Highlighting Defaults Provide better visual cues to users when highlighting items by dimming other series and bringing the highlighted item to the foreground. 📁 Dynamic Context Menu Items Define context menu items at runtime using the new getItems callback to provide contextually relevant actions to users.

  • Took the new partnership to React Advanced London today.   One week in and we're already finishing each other's sentences about render optimization.   AG Grid and Bryntum finally under one roof. We've been solving the same problems in different corners of the web dev world. Now we're just doing it in the same room.   First conference together. Won't be the last.

Our crew arrived at React Advanced in London today, where both our Bryntum crew and the AG Grid team are on site, meeting developers and showing what we are building. Ahead of the event, I had a great conversation with Valentin Mileshko from GitNation Foundation about why developer tooling companies shouldn’t shy away from tech conferences, and how much value there is in showing up, talking to the community, and learning what teams actually need. If you are curious about the full discussion, you can read it here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dbrkvMDU ...and of course, if you are at React Advanced today, come say hi to the team in our booth.
