As many of our brands (Corian Solid Surface, FENIX Nano Tech Matt surfaces, LAPITEC Sintered Stone, ARPA TUET & ARPA HPL) are used in a range of commercial applications, we love to see large numbers of ‘cranes on the skyline’. Cranes are good news indicators for our entire industry! (And we think they add to the visual appeal of the skyline.) Wonderful to see these cranes on the Melbourne skyline! 🏗️ 🏗️ 🏗️ We have many economic indicators available to us - I’ve always liked the ‘number of cranes’ version as I have spent a lot of my career in the wider construction industry. (When I finished Architecture School there were very few on the Auckland skyline - and it was tough for new graduates to find roles.) Melbourne was also significantly impacted by the long COVID lockdowns - so this is super positive to see. I’m looking forward to seeing more of these beauties on all our New Zealand skylines… 📌 What economic indicators or reports do you find most useful? Especially if you are in the construction & building industry? (One of my other favourites is the ‘Pulse’ report from Matt Duder at EBOSS. If you don’t get it - sign up!) #bringonthecranes Matthew Duder EBOSS
