About us

Here at Aregtech we develop technologies to inspire the discovery of endless possibilities of connected things. Everyone should be able to develop autonomous, intelligent, and fun to work software for embedded, IoT edge and digital twin applications. As a meaningful solution, we offer free and open source AREG SDK , which is an interface-centric real-time communications engine to simplify distributed programming for embedded applications and enable mist-computing at the edge of the network where connected things interact and provide network accessible services, as if they act like thin distributed servers and clients.

  • Just in 1 year Lusan hit 100+ unique clones in 14 days window. Still not releases.

Over a year ago, after searching for a co-author to build a visual tool for Areg SDK, I made a decisive move. On September 17, 2024, I chose Qt as the GUI Framework and started developing what is now called Lusan -- the official visual tool for Areg SDK. Since then, I’ve kept moving forward, very often alone, but always grateful for everyone who contributed even in small ways. Yesterday (December 11, 2025) Lusan crossed an important milestone: 100+ unique clones in a 14-day window with zero (!!!) promotion. The only mention so far is in Areg SDK's README. For a young, 1 year old tool, which is still under development, it is a good and meaningful achievement. It also means that Areg framework is actively used. The logic is simple: - If you build Lusan, you build Areg. - If you use Lusan, you use Areg. Another milestone: last night I completed the final planned major feature. Lusan can now: * Design service interfaces * Collect and filter online logs from multiple processes * Display and filter offline logs It is already usable, though it still needs some optimizations and polishing. A note: I'm not a Qt expert, I learned much while developing Lusan. Some UI quirks and inefficiencies definitely remain. If you are experienced with Qt and enjoy working on GUI components, your help would be extremely valuable. Even small improvements or technical feedback make a real difference. The repo is here, and I'm happy to answer questions as documentation is still in progress: https://lnkd.in/diux_JF5 Thanks to everyone who supports #aregsdk and #lusan ! This is just the beginning of the journey. I have bigger plans.
