    Atlas just got a bit better. Here's what's new: - Zoom-in/out images: Now you can zoom into images directly in your Atlas inbox—perfect for inspecting screenshots or attachments closely. No more squinting. - Custom notification sounds: Pick between "Waterclick" and "Doorbell" notification sounds, tailoring your workspace vibe (change it in Profile Settings → Notifications). - Updated hotkeys: We’ve introduced simpler hotkeys:  - Close tickets with E (we’ll phase out C soon)  - Quickly change ticket status with S - Enhanced ticket selection: Selecting tickets is smoother and quicker—ideal for bulk actions and navigating your inbox efficiently. Small improvements make a big difference. Keep the feedback coming—we're listening!

Here’s how we make handling images and attachments smoother: 📷 Inline Images in Composer: Add, resize, or remove images directly in your messages across email, chat, and slack. 🖼️ Drag & Drop in Chat: Customers can now drag and drop images into the chat widget or paste from their clipboard, making it quicker to share images. 📁 Attachments in Canned Responses: Include attachments in your canned responses for faster file sharing, saving you time and effort. Atlas just leveled up. Time for your support team to do the same. Try these new features now and tell us what you think!
