Binariks is a global technology consulting and engineering company focused on regulated industries.

About us

Binariks is a global technology consulting and engineering company built on a singular conviction: in complex, high-stakes environments, technical excellence must create meaningful impact — not just working software. Founded in 2016, we bring 200+ specialists across our US headquarters in California and European delivery centres in Ukraine, Poland, and Estonia. As an AWS Select, Microsoft Gold, and GCP Partner, we combine the depth of a large firm with the agility clients actually need. We are HIPAA and GDPR compliant, operate with zero data retention policies, and deploy on secure enterprise cloud environments — ensuring client data stays protected at every stage. Our AI Center of Excellence transforms fragmented AI experiments into scalable, production-ready solutions. We deliver across the full technology stack: AI and machine learning, cloud architecture, Salesforce implementation, and system integration — with a structured delivery methodology, full audit trails, and measurable ROI built in from day one. What makes us different is how we work: we embed with client teams, communicate transparently, manage risk proactively, and take full ownership of outcomes. Your goals become our responsibility — and we do what we say we'll do, when we say we'll do it.

  • Oleh Petrivskyy joined the AI Human Collaboration panel at the 4th Data Science AI Summit in London last week. Andrei Nita wrote down the five questions the panel worked through. The third one is closest to our daily work in healthcare, insurance and finance: when AI makes thousands of decisions a day, who reviews the ones nobody looks at? Thank you, Andrei, for the recap, and thank you to The People Events for bringing the panel together.

Is AI the hard part of AI? Last week's AI & Human Collaboration panel at Data Science Week's 4th Data Science & AI Summit in London set out to answer that. Most AI panels talk about models, agents, and tools. This one was about the people. 1️⃣ People starting their careers Stanford University payroll data: employment for 22 to 25-year-olds in the jobs most exposed to AI has fallen about 19% behind their peers. Experienced workers show no gap. If AI writes the code junior engineers used to write, how does anyone become a senior engineer? 2️⃣ People who stop using the tools When someone quietly drops an AI tool after a month, what did the tool fail to do for them? 3️⃣ Decisions no one checks When AI makes thousands of decisions a day in healthcare, insurance, or finance, who supervises the ones nobody looks at? And if a person signs off on every one, how do you stop the easy ones from becoming a rubber stamp? 4️⃣ When to take the person out Massachusetts Institute of Technology reviewed 106 experiments. On average, a person working with AI did worse than the better of the two on its own. So when should the person step out? 5️⃣ Helping people grow An underwriter, a lawyer, or an engineer now spends most of the day checking what AI produced. What does their leader do so that person keeps growing? Buying the license doesn't make AI work. Design does: who gets to learn, who gets a person when it matters, and what our work becomes. Great perspectives from the panel: Natalia Kuroś- Senior AI & Microsoft 365 Consultant at Onex Group Serhii Yakovenko- Software Engineering Manager at Marks and Spencer Oleh Petrivskyy - Co-Founder & CEO at Binariks Ben Clarke - Founder at A2A Net Huge thanks to The People Events for organizing the summit at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf. Which of the five does your team have no answer for yet? 👇 #leadership #ai #softwareengineering #datascience #buildinpublic Source: Stanford Digital Economy Lab, 2026, "Canaries in the Coal Mine?" • 🎉 Today marks a huge milestone for Binariks — 1️⃣0️⃣ incredible years! Looking back on where we started, it is amazing to see how far we have come together. A decade ago, Binariks began as a small, ambitious team driven by a shared vision to build software we could genuinely be proud of. Today, after dozens of successful projects, countless overcome challenges, and major victories along the way, we are stronger than ever and still moving forward. Through all this growth, our greatest strength has always been our people. You are the heart of Binariks. Beyond the code and the products, you’ve built a workplace culture grounded in support, shared success, and continuous growth. That team spirit is what makes us proudest of all! To everyone who has helped write this chapter of our story: we’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to see the goals and ideas we'll bring to life next. Happy 10th Anniversary, Binariks! 💙

Your devs are shipping code faster than ever. Your PMs are drafting requirements faster too. So why isn't the roadmap moving any quicker? 🤔 Because faster code just means a bigger pile waiting for review and QA. And if it wasn't built against clear requirements, it needs fixing before it can ship. Speed at the start doesn't help if it turns into a jam further down. That's the gap Binariks AI COMPASS closes. Join us to see how it works: one system that gets Product, Engineering, and QA actually moving at the same pace, instead of each team sprinting alone. What we'll get into: 🔹 Why AI tools like Copilot or Claude make coding faster but don't actually improve your delivery timelines or roadmap progress. 🔹 A walkthrough of the COMPASS framework (from Clarify to Ship) designed to keep human engineers and AI agents perfectly aligned and navigating by the same context. 🔹 How to bring AI automation into your workflow without tearing down your existing Scrum/Kanban rituals, triggering a chaotic team restructuring. 🔹 A look at what is next, from predictable AI costs per feature to background agents that keep moving work forward while the team is offline. 🔹 Live Q&A at the end. 💡 Best for: Engineering Leads, CTOs, and Product Owners already rolling out AI tools and running into this wall 🎙 Hosted by: Andrew Halych, Lead Software Engineer and Head of Rapid Development, who built and runs Binariks AI COMPASS in real client projects. 🗓 When: August 6th, 1:00 PM ET 📍 Format: 45 minutes, live Q&A included We'll send the recording to everyone who registers, so grab a spot even if you can't make it live. Join us for a live tech conversation ⬇️

  • 📑 A decade ago, a policyholder would mail an insurance form and wait a fortnight without complaint. Today? They expect an answer before the weekend ends. ⏱️ Customer experience has quietly rewritten the rules of insurance. It’s no longer just a service-desk concern, it is now the primary driver of retention and growth. But when you are working with a finite budget, where do you actually start? The answer lies in the single most high-stakes, emotional moment of the entire journey: the claim. Swipe through the carousel ➡️ to see how modern carriers are upgrading this exact touchpoint.

  • 📶 Simply scaling AI tool procurement does not automatically accelerate product delivery. AI drives genuine business value only when it fundamentally transforms how product requirements and feature contexts are managed. The primary bottleneck in modern software engineering is no longer code generation speed. It is the velocity at which a business vision is translated into refined specifications that allow both engineers and AI to deliver code without endless cycles of alignment. If your requirements management process is broken, AI will only accelerate the accumulation of technical debt. Drawing on our experience building the Binariks AI COMPASS framework, here are five critical questions every CEO should ask to evaluate the true maturity of their AI-driven SDLC
