  • A global e-commerce retailer lost nearly 1,000 websites during a live application-layer DDoS attack as their existing protection couldn’t keep up. That’s when the bunny.net “Red Phone” rang🐰☎️ On a Friday evening, our engineers coordinated a live migration onto bunny.net’s global edge and deployed Enterprise Bunny Shield while the attack was still ongoing🛡️ Joe Connolly, our CDN and Security Lead, recalls: ”By the time they contacted us, their infrastructure had been down for 72 hours. We deployed Bunny Shield at the edge with targeted mitigation, restoring all sites within hours without impacting legitimate traffic.” What followed changed the customer’s entire approach to edge protection. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 bunny.net 𝗖𝗟𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 🐰 You (and your agent) can now build on bunny.net with a single command-line tool. This first release ships with full Bunny Database support: → Create and manage databases interactively or with flags → Link a directory to a database so commands just work → Drop into an interactive SQL shell → Spin up a local read-only table viewer with bunny db studio → Manage tokens, replicas, and more without touching the dashboard There's also 𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚗𝚢 𝚊𝚙𝚒 — a raw, authenticated HTTP client for our entire API. Edge Scripting, Storage, and Magic Containers support is coming next. The CLI is currently in public preview. It's open-source and we want to build it with the community: we'd love your feedback, bug reports, and pull requests. Get all the details on the blog👇

  • Brazil is rapidly shaping the future of streaming and connectivity. 🇧🇷 Ahead of ABRINT Global Congress, Martin joined the Streaming Brasil conference alongside our partner Alexandre Viana, CTO of NxTV Digital. At the event, industry leaders shared insights into FAST monetization, TV 3.0, and the infrastructure powering Brazil’s next-generation streaming platforms. On May 6, bunny.net hosted an exclusive omakase dinner, bringing together partners and industry leaders for a special evening of conversation and collaboration. Alexandre shared the journey behind building Abril Group’s microdrama app Pop Pop Pop using the full bunny stack, while Martin Zorz highlighted the strength of our growing Latin American network footprint. The momentum continued throughout Abrint Global Congress this week, sparking incredible meetings, new connections, and valuable conversations around streaming, FAST, AVOD, and connectivity across the region. A special thank you to ABOTTS - Associação Brasileira de OTTs e Streamings for bringing the ecosystem together, including Thursday’s FAST/AVOD working group lunch. Huge thanks to Bruno Bogado Darcourt and Martin Zorz for helping to strengthen bunny.net’s presence in Brazil. #Abrint2026 #bunnynet #CDN #EdgeComputing #Streaming #ISP #Infrastructure #SãoPaulo And a special shoutout to Alexandre Viana, our trusted partner and champion for the Brazilian market. 🇧🇷🐰

  • Developers don’t hate marketing. They hate bad products. Dino Kukic has a simple take: if it holds up when people actually use it, the rest follows. Now leading Developer Growth Marketing at bunny.net, he’s already shaping how we think about product adoption. We sat down with him to talk about what actually drives growth, what most teams get wrong, and what he’s building outside of work. 🚀 Hop in 👇🏻
