    We asked a few of our customers to share how they’re using Rattle to drive wins across Sales, RevOps, and CS. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be highlighting some creative and impactful ways Rattle helps teams be more effective. One customer is using context-aware AI to scan sales calls for signals of economic risk, and when one pops up, they get a Slack summary and suggested next steps.     If you're building RevOps workflows from scratch, borrow from the ones already working. We asked Rattle customers to share their recent wins. Here are a few of the standouts:  ✏️ "My team created a workflow that sends a handoff summary to their CSM team, explaining why a new customer made a purchase. The context is complete, shared quickly, and doesn’t require a meeting." ✏️ "Our reps no longer have to log fields like "Identify Pain" manually. That information is extracted from call transcripts and automatically synced to Salesforce." ✏️ "Reps might *think* they have identified a champion, but sometimes it's just a very engaged prospect. Rattle shows which opps have real champions and which don't." ✏️ "My sales managers now get a Slack summary before each 1:1 AE meeting showing what’s active, what’s stalled, and what’s changed in their pipeline. They can use 1:1 time to dig deeper instead of digging through records." ✏️ "We have Rattle surface quick summaries when renewal health dips. Managers get an immediate pulse on the situation and can step in earlier to prevent churn." ✏️ "I created alerts for each stage of our ABM motion.
