Congratulations to our Chief Cultural Insights Officer, Keisha Townsend Taitt for being honored as one of She Runs It 2026 Working Mothers of the Year. This honor recognizes women who lead with purpose, resilience, and compassion, values Keisha brings to everything she does and we are better for it. She reminds us daily that balance isn’t about doing it all, it’s about doing what matters most. 👏 👏 👏
I am incredibly honored to share that I have been named a 2026 Working Mother of the Year by She Runs It. This recognition means so much to me, not only as a professional, but as Aubrie's mom. Motherhood is the most important job I'll ever have and I try to remember that. My daughter is the one of helped me dial in on my passion to make a difference by reminding me daily what purpose, empathy and resilience truly look like. She's been my "why" since the day I found out I was pregnant. I'm in awe of all of the incredible women I'm being honored alongside of. Congratulations to each of you and I can't wait to celebrate in February. Finally, a thank you to She Runs It for recognizing the power of working mothers and the people that support them. And those who wrote a lot of kind things on my behalf in order to receive this honor: Melissa Severin, Marci Rogers, PHR and Carl Settles Jr. And to Andrew Taitt Jr. who makes it possible for me to show up for everyone else.
