In questa settimana ho raccontato su Qualitytravel il lancio degli agenti AI di Simple Booking / Zucchetti per il settore alberghiero. Oggi, su Extralberghiero.it, analizzo un altro passaggio significativo per il mondo del vacation rental: Guesty, azienda che gestisce 500mila proprietà in 100 paesi, ha presentato il primo PMS agentico per il mercato degli affitti brevi (grazie all'amico Flavio Veccaro per condividere con me in anteprima la nuova release) Non si parla più semplicemente di funzionalità AI integrate in un gestionale: forse è difficile da capire se non li vedi in azione, ma gli agenti diventano collaboratori digitali specializzati, capaci di intervenire su pricing, comunicazione con gli ospiti, recensioni, marketing, operazioni e controllo dei rischi. L'obiettivo è permettere a property manager e host di aumentare il numero di immobili gestiti senza incrementare in modo proporzionale il carico operativo e il personale. Siamo di fronte a un'evoluzione tecnologica destinata a modificare profondamente il modo in cui verranno gestite strutture ricettive e case vacanza.     It’s 2:04am. A guest message comes in: “The heating isn’t working and it’s freezing.” Every property manager knows this feeling. Waking up, checking your phone, and seeing the message that came in hours ago. A guest was frustrated. The issue needed attention. A potential bad review was already building. But this time, nobody had to be awake for things to start moving. The AI agents got to work: ✅ Sentiment Analysis detected the frustration ✅ ReplyAI Autopilot responded in the guest’s language with the right tone and context ✅ AI Task Creation opened an urgent maintenance task for the right property and category ✅ The task was ready for one-click assignment when the team started their day ✅ The Reviews Agent was already monitoring The guest felt heard at 2:04am. The PM woke up to the situation already moving. Everything else? Already done 😎

    It’s Monday. A guest sends an Airbnb request-to-book. From that moment, a series of decisions and follow-ups need to happen before the stay is complete. The AI agents get to work. ✅ The 24-hour expiry clock is tracked and a nudge is queded up ✅ Guest questions are answered in their language ✅ A high-risk payment pattern is flagged before check-in ✅ Payments are automatically matched ✅ A currency-conversion discrepancy is flagged The PM reviews one alert and cancels the risky booking before the guest arrives. A chargeback avoided. Books closed automatically. No switching between systems. No logging into the bank portal. Everything else? Already done 😎
