    Nos réussites 2025 – Épisode final | Mieux mesurer pour mieux piloter : l'OSFI au service de la performance énergétique Pour ce dernier épisode de « Nos réussites 2025 », focus sur un levier essentiel de la transition énergétique du parc immobilier de l'État : la montée en puissance de l'OSFI (outil de suivi des fluides interministériel). 👉 En matière d'atténuation, performance énergétique et sobriété, la qualité de la donnée est déterminante. En 2025, l'OSFI a franchi un cap décisif pour offrir une vision plus fiable, plus complète et directement exploitable des consommations d'énergie. Qu'est-ce qui a été réalisé en 2025 ? ✔ Une amélioration de la qualité des données La priorisation des données télérelevées a permis d'augmenter la complétude et la fiabilité des informations. Ces données alimentent désormais de façon plus robuste les indicateurs de suivi et les tableaux de bord des administrations, facilitant un pilotage éclairé des consommations. Un travail de fond a également été mené dans les territoires : 7 régions accompagnées pour détecter, analyser et corriger des anomalies patrimoniales ou de consommation. ✔ Une appropriation renforcée par les utilisateurs • 3 webinaires organisés, réunissant plus de 600 participants • Une communauté d'utilisateurs structurée pour contribuer aux évolutions de la plateforme • Une dynamique collective engagée pour résoudre les incidents les plus bloquants ✔ Une plateforme arrivée à maturité d'usage À fin 2025, l'OSFI s'impose comme un outil structurant : • 67 000 biens référencés, dont 82 % réconciliés entre compteur et bâtiment • 4 000 utilisateurs enregistrés • 43 formations dispensées depuis sa création en 2019 • Un pilote en cours pour l'international avec le ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères sur plusieurs pays (Royaume Uni, Danemark, Japon, Suisse, Autriche) ✔ Des progrès techniques significatifs sur la collecte des données Le chantier le plus complexe, la récupération automatique des données et la réconciliation entre compteurs et bâtiments, a progressé grâce au travail engagé avec les distributeurs et fournisseurs d'énergie : • 90 % de taux de collecte pour l'électricité télérelevée • 75 % pour le gaz • 2,4 millions de factures récupérées chaque année • 410 connecteurs créés depuis 2021 🏆 Pourquoi est-ce une réussite ?
