It is with great joy and pride that we announce DesignRepublic has won a Silver Pentaward in the Sustainable Design category. PENTAWARDS is a yearly global competition whereby design agencies from 62 countries with more than 2000 entries are competing to get a trophy. For this years edition we competed with the rebranding for Nolla, a Belgian start up and ecological cosmetics brand with special attention to the origin of its ingredients and its packaging, and continuously striving to do better. DesignRepublic carried out the complete redesign of the logo, branding, and packaging design. The choice of color, atypical for the segment, along with the graphical elements, creates maximum shelf impact and delivers a highly Instagrammable effect. The core team is made up of excellent graphic designers who had no previous branding & packaging design experience, in order to avoid ‘inbreeding’.
