Fixed energy schedules and generic consumption profiles struggle to account for changing habits, weather, solar generation, and dynamic electricity prices. This article explores a more personalized approach with 𝗘𝗠𝗤 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗜𝗼𝗧 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺: - Forecast each household’s load and PV generation - Continuously retrain models as new data accumulates - Optimize battery dispatch against dynamic tariffs - Let users adjust energy strategies through natural language - Keep AI decisions within deterministic battery safety constraints The architecture separates the LLM, forecasting models, and MILP/MPC optimization solver, allowing each layer to evolve independently. In a benchmark using LightGBM, the forecasting model achieved ~𝟰𝟲% 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗠𝗦𝗘 than a naive “same time yesterday” baseline.
