Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, a leading global automotive manufacturer, deployed AI voice agents powered by ElevenLabs to handle peak customer demand during the launch of the XUV 7XO. Major automotive launches create intense spikes in customer inquiries. Scaling call center capacity to meet that demand is slow and expensive. Mahindra used AI voice agents to make thousands of outbound calls to prospective buyers, answering queries, and routing qualified leads to dealerships. The result: thousands of outbound calls with higher contact rates and an ~8% conversion uplift.

Ramp is speeding up how they prototype, refine, and produce content with ElevenCreative. For Ramp's first Super Bowl commercial, the team had seven days to produce the spot and a 45-minute window on set with Saquon Barkley. They used our voice technology to script and time every line in advance, walking on set ready to capture the 15-second spot. We’ve reduced ElevenAPI and ElevenAgents pricing and introduced pay as you go for self-serve developers. Text to Speech is now up to 55% lower cost, Speech to Text up to 45% lower, and ElevenAgents up to 20% lower. Performance, quality, and support remain unchanged. Pay as you go introduces usage-based pricing that scales with demand, with no upfront commitments. It is designed for teams moving from experimentation to production. For higher volume and custom pricing, our Enterprise plan is available. These changes make high-quality, multilingual audio more accessible across use cases including customer support agents, healthcare assistants, media localization, and telecom systems.

ElevenLabs is expanding in Australia and New Zealand. We already serve more than 750,000 users across the region - including enterprises like Xero, Employment Hero, and Greenstone Financial Services who use our platform to deploy AI agents, automate call centers, and create content. Over the coming year, we'll triple the size of our local team, adding dedicated sales specialists and forward deployed engineers to work more closely with local enterprises.

Introducing new modalities for ElevenAgents. Your customers don't just talk or type. They send photos, files, voice notes, and locations, and reach out across channels. Now your agents handle all of it. On WhatsApp, ElevenAgents now processes images, PDFs, audio messages, contacts, and location pins. A customer says "my wifi keeps dropping" and sends a photo of their router. The agent reads the indicator lights, runs a line check, and books an engineer visit without human intervention. On your website or app, customers can upload images and PDFs directly in the widget. Proof of address, medical records, insurance claim documents - the agent processes the file and resolves the issue in the same conversation. Agents maintain full context across channels and modalities. An agent on a voice call can send a message mid-conversation to confirm an appointment or share a document - then process what comes back, all in the same interaction. We just crossed $500M in ARR and welcomed an incredible set of new investors to ElevenLabs: BlackRock, Wellington, Nvidia, Santander, Jamie Foxx & Eva Longoria - to name a few. We think natural, human-like communication will be critical for the broad adoption of AI. Intelligent systems that sound robotic or interact strangely won’t be trusted or widely adopted, so as AI gets more intelligent, communication becomes the limiting factor. We started by building the first human-level AI voice models, and this research now underpins a platform that helps businesses transform how they communicate with every audience - from AI agents for customer support, sales, hiring and training, to creative tools for marketing and media. And we’re just getting started. With this new group of investors, and their unique expertise, we’ll accelerate our work to bring AI that communicates naturally to every business and audience.

Artist Harry Yeff has transformed a critical climate dataset into a real-time conversational experience: Agentic Thwaites Glacier. The Thwaites Glacier, or the 'Doomsday Glacier', is losing 80 billion tons of ice every year. If it collapses, it could raise global sea levels by over 2 feet. Using ElevenAgents, Yeff combined satellite data from NASA, climate and oceanographic models, and scientific records to form the knowledge base for an AI agent which can hold conversations about how the glacier is changing. His work, which sparked 3,000+ conversations at the UN’s AI for Good summit, shows how AI agents can be used to make scientific knowledge more accessible. 

We installed an ElevenAgent in an iconic red phone box in London. Using Sir Michael Caine’s voice, the agent quizzed visitors to the AI Engineer summit about the history of British AI.

So excited to welcome the Papla team on board at ElevenLabs to help accelerate our work on the best voice interfaces - elevating model quality, building on-device, and scaling forward-deployed engineering. Piotr and I first met Hubert four years ago (!) at one of the first conferences we attended: Interspeech. He later went on to co-found Papla with three amazing engineers - Dominik, Jakub, and Tomasz - also working toward the future of voice & voice agents. When we first met, Hubert was presenting his breakthrough on latent speech representation with WavThruVec. Beyond the impact and clarity of the research, one thing was immediately clear: passion. Even through poor photo quality and Covid masks, you can see the happiness and energy beaming through. That same energy extended to his co-founders and the company they built - a team driven by excellence, working side-by-side with customers to bring voice agents to enterprises.
